We will be hosting an evening at Foam celebrating women at Bain with current employees and alumni. Bianca Bax will be our moderator, presenter and supporter during the workshops presented. Bianca is our expert partner on humanized change. She focuses on leadership; behavioral change; co-creation; culture; and diversity, equity & inclusion, serving as our EMEA DE&I lead. Bianca is passionate about human interactions and how they influence the results that people can create together.
