Boston Consulting Group
Are you LGBT and do you want to find out what consulting actually is? What it’s like to work as a strategy consultant? Are you curious to know if it’s something that might suit you? Or you want to get a sense of the atmosphere at BCG? If so, this event is for you!
On Thursday April 25th we’re ogranizing an event to help you answer the question: Could consulting be for me?
The evening will revolve around typical questions that many students who are ready to make the first step in their careers have: what is the difference between consulting and a traineeship, what does the week of a starter look like, how will this job help me in my development? During this evening, you will have the opportunity to speak with different people from BCG about their experiences and of course you will get every opportunity to ask your questions.
We organize this event specifically for young LGBT+ers. BCG is strongly convinced of the added value of diversity. That’s why we aim to attract a diverse group of young people and to make sure everyone feels fully accepted and appreciated in their work environment. With the event we hope to get people excited for consulting who were maybe previously not considering this as a career option, to counter prejudices around working in the corporate Amsterdam South-axis area and of course to hear from you what you value in an employer and a job.
You are welcome to join us in our office starting at 5pm. At 5:30pm we will start with a brief introduction, followed by an informal program. Around 8pm we will finish the evening with drinks.
Enthusiastic? Make sure you join! If you want to come, please register before April 23rd via the above button. For this event we will not conduct a pre-selection, so it is not necessary to send a CV or motivation letter.
If you know other LGBTQI people who might be interested in this event, please feel free to invite them as well! We hope to see you on April 25th.
