BPT Contract in a Day

On Friday 6 March, we offer ambitious students in the final phase of their Master’s degree, recent graduates and young professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience the opportunity to join our Business Process Transformation team. You will have the chance to meet our colleagues in an informal setting and will go through several rounds of interviews. Upon successful completion of all application rounds, you will receive an offer on the same day!

What impact will you make?

In a multidisciplinary team, you will go through all phases of a successful project, from strategy to implementation, scaling and delivering the final results. You do this by applying state of the art tools and applications in the areas of Lean strategy, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cognitive Automation and/or Artificial Intelligence. Within these projects, you will apply your analytical skills to design, build and implement complex processes and systems for our clients to meet their business requirements. You will work for government organizations and well-known companies in different industries, from banking and insurance to manufacturing, energy and consumer products. You start as a generalist and as you develop yourself, you can deepen your knowledge and gain focused experience in a specific area or industry of your choice.
