Deloitte believes that women are a powerful force for societal change. Women make up half of the potential workforce, educational institutes, business environment and politics in every economy. At Deloitte we continue to invest in women to promote gender equality. Each year, Deloitte celebrates International Women’s Day by hosting an inhouse event for female students on this special day. By hosting this event, Deloitte hopes to show young ladies what it’s like to work at Deloitte and to show the abundance of opportunities Deloitte has to offer.

On International Women’s Day (March 8th, 2021), Deloitte invites you at its office in Amsterdam to be inspired and to get to know Deloitte (better). Our guest speaker is Kim Lammers, who was part of the Dutch national hockey team and won the gold medal at the 2012 Olympic Games. Kim will give an inspirational and motivational speech on dealing with ups and downs in your career, emphasizing the importance of a strong team. Last but not least, Deloitte women in leadership positions will take part in a panel discussion to share their personal experiences on a range of topics around women in business.
