Experience how we work
During this virtual inhouse day you will get to know more about agile transformations, project portfolio management, program delivery and how to set up and run a program management office. Additionally, you will experience programme leadership interactively by solving a client case in smaller groups. At the end of the day we finish up with virtual drinks where you can get the know Deloitte in an informal setting. Drinks are on us of course!
The Programme Leadership team at Deloitte works closely with clients to translate an organization’s strategy into programs and projects to realize objectives and complex transformation. Either by program management, implementing agile practices or setting up and coordinating program management offices.
