Strategy& Unplugged Female Leadership Day
Have you read a job description and thought, “I don’t meet all the criteria, so I am probably not good enough”, or, “who am I to advise CEOs on their strategic agendas?” Well, you are not alone. According to Forbes’ Coaches Council*, being confident and speaking up are two of the 15 biggest challenges women face today.
To help you address these challenges, we are organizing a new and unique event, Strategy& Unplugged, on Thursday 31 May 2018.
What to expect?
Strategy& Unplugged is an all-day event focused on developing female leadership skills, showcasing our female leaders (current and alumnae) and introducing you to the Strategy& office (female and male).
The day includes a training session on developing leadership skills through self-awareness and understanding others. Held in a personal setting, the training will give you an idea of the endless personal development opportunities that Strategy& has to offer and an opportunity to ask any questions you might have of our female consultants. Subsequently, this exciting event will be full of keynote speeches from both our current female leaders and alumnae and it will give you the opportunity to meet our female and male consultants in an informal setting. We hope you will join us to see how you too can be a female leader at Strategy&!

We are looking for female students eager to learn more about Strategy&, who are graduating within the next 18 months. We welcome all academic backgrounds and universities; but we require fluency in Dutch.
What matters most is your motivation letter, CV and academic performance.
Strategy& Unplugged will take place on Thursday 31 May 2018 in Amsterdam.
