The World of Pon is big. We have 80 companies with 250 branches in 27 countries around the globe. Our operations cover the entire value chain including manufacturing facilities, importer and dealerships, and workshops for maintenance and repair. You will have the opportunity to work in Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance. We market and sell cars, trucks, busses, bicycles, engines, excavators and many more. The Management Traineeship of Pon is about having the freedom to develop yourself and build your own career. Within Pon you can decide your own path. You are constantly challenged as you complete four projects in various disciplines. Your projects are with different Pon operating companies, both at home and abroad. Typical trainee projects are found in the field of Marketing, Sales, Service and Supply Chain.
For the Pon Management Traineeship we are looking for bright WO students who (nearly completed) their Masters.
